Most people set one alarm every single day…

And if you’re like most people that is the alarm that wakes you up out of your slumber to jump into the day…

This is actually my least important alarm of the day (I explain why) and it’s one that I would begin to rethink…

1. Begin the Night Before

The most important alarm to set is actually the night before. It will dictate when you go to bed – which then affects when you wake up and how.

2. Wake Up Gently

If you wake up with a jolt you are going to have higher levels of stress hormones surging through your body and will most likely also then spike your blood glucose levels (without even eating!)

3. Add Fun Alarms

I shared 5 with you today on the show and a couple of them were based on getting me out of work mode and more into enjoyment mode. Although I love my work, I want to make sure I stay balanced and relaxed!
