Isn’t it funny that people in the natural health field can be saying something for years (or decades), but then a Ph.D. or Harvard study comes out and now the world is ready to hear it ; )

Regardless, now is better than never and I’m always happy to read the research and share these findings just like this one on how stress from COVID has led to weight gain, which is not leading many to dis-ease…

So on today’s #CabralConcept 2197 I’d like to walk you through this cycle of stress, weight gain, and dis-ease and why it is so important to break the cycle at all 3 phases in order to enjoy a life of health and happiness!

I know as a culture we are getting away from weighing people and I understand why, but I do want to make sure that we do not lose sight of the fact that keeping track of our health enables us to make changes before things slide too far.

2. Weight as a Health Marker

Again, in society now we’ve all but abandoned talking about weight as a health marker, yet it may be the single greatest detriment to keeping disease-free and living longer.

3. Stress Kills

Stress can lead to high blood pressure, heart attacks, auto-immune issues, and many more health complications and when you couple that with stress leading to weight gain you can see why it is a double edge sword in terms of poor health implications.
