1. It Works

Although I think the Dash Diet can be improved it is still going to be a step up from most standard American diets – And it’s been clinically proven to work.

2. Room for Improvement

Try replacing some of the grains with more root vegetables for carbohydrates or low glycemic fruit as needed.
3. Transition

As practitioners, we want to immediately transition our clients to the best diet possible, but sometimes it may actually work out best if we use a transition diet like the Dash Diet in order to improve their nutrition while moving towards their goal.
