As long as your goal isn’t short-term weight loss then reverse dieting can be unbelievably helpful at rebuilding your metabolism while still losing weight the healthy way.

2. Know Your Macros and Calories

Once you know your carbohydrate max and calorie intake per day you can manipulate those numbers in your favor in order to gradually eat more while losing weight.

3. Assess Weekly

Some weeks you may not be able to increase your calories depending on output and progression, so it’s okay to stay at a specific caloric intake for 2-3 weeks before pushing forward slowly.
