1. Inflammation

If you are looking to get well and lose weight you must first make sure your levels of inflammation are balanced.  Unbalanced levels of inflammation allow for genetic mutations to manifest resulting in a variety of dis-ease.

2. Blood Sugar

In addition to balancing inflammation, you must balance your blood sugar.  Blood sugar that is too high or too low leads to many health issues and an inability to lose weight.

3. Protein & Fiber

An easy place to start when balancing blood sugar and inflammation is with fibrous foods and foods high in protein.
