One of the biggest factors people cite of why they don’t exercise is “lack of time.”

I think this is a fair statement when you take into account being at work 10 hours a day (including travel time, getting your kids ready for school, making dinner, and then having a little downtime…

The problem is even if the statement is true, you still miss out on all the wellness, weight, and longevity benefits of exercising…

So one interesting workout program that is popping up is taking away the excuse of not having the time to workout…

Having a “Why” will get you started on making exercise a priority in your life.

2. Commit

Once you’ve committed to exercising 3-4x a week you must schedule it in your calendar to make it a priority. Stick to it like you would any other commitment.

3. 5 Minutes

Mini-workouts lasting just 5-minutes can be done 3-6x throughout the day on the days that you know you can fit in a 20-30 minute workout. They are fast and effective and best of all they will keep you on track to committing to your why.
