How to Achieve Your Goals

“Will Your Goals Come True?”

It depends if they pass these 4 crucial factors…

Sure, you may say you want to lose 15-20 lbs and regain your
health, but is that really your goal?

In order for “wishful thinking” to become a realistic goal you need
to make a few distinctions.

You also need to know how to build and define your goals. Let’s
take a look at how I like to create and pin down wishful thinking…

Goals are specific
ex. “I will lose 18 lbs.”

Goals have a timeline associated with them
ex. “I will lose 18 lbs in 12 weeks.”

Goals have an action plan associated with them
ex. “I will lose 18 lbs in 12 weeks by changing my eating to
include 5 small meals and exercise 30 minutes 5x/week.”

Goals need a reason to be accomplished
ex. “I will lose 18 lbs in 12 weeks by changing my eating to
include 5 small meals and exercise 30 minutes 5x/week, so that I
will feel more confident in the way I look, as well as to live a
healthier life.”

Since most of my clients are really looking to drop inches off
their waist, hips, and thighs and live a healthier lifestyle I
chose this example, but you can apply this strategy I use to any
area of your life.
