1. What are Catecholamines
Catecholamines are stimulating neurotransmitters and hormones like dopamine, norepinephrine, and adrenaline that help regulate focus, motivation, energy, and the body’s fight-or-flight response. While vital during the day, excessive catecholamines at night can leave you feeling wired, anxious, and unable to sleep.

2. How to Regulate Catecholamines
Keep catecholamines in check by cutting stimulation early. Avoid caffeine after 12–1 PM, limit evening workouts and screen time, and have a balanced dinner with some carbs to calm cortisol. Then, ease into rest with a wind-down ritual like dim lighting, herbal tea, light walks, or breathwork to shift your body into parasympathetic “rest-and-relax” mode.
