WW: How Cellulite Is Created (and Reversed)

Each of us is born with a certain number of fat cells, and those that form between the skin and muscle are what typically appear as cellulite.

But how does this dimpling occur, and why does it happen?

Today, I’ll explain the process behind cellulite formation in an easy-to-understand manner and share what has been effective in our practice.

Join me on today’s #CabralConcept 3008 to learn how cellulite is created and what you can do to reverse it. Enjoy the show, and feel free to share your thoughts!

Show Highlights & Big Takeaways:

1. What is Cellulite

We are born with a certain number of fat cells. As we age and gain weight, new fat cells aren’t added; instead, existing ones increase in size. As fat cell volume expands, it pushes against the skin, resulting in the appearance of dimples.

2. What Causes Cellulite

Cellulite can be caused by various factors, including an unhealthy diet, muscle loss, lack of exercise, inflammation, estrogen dominance, and low testosterone levels.

3. What Can We Do

The most important step in combating cellulite is to improve nutrition with good, clean foods and follow a Mediterranean diet. Additional steps include exercising regularly, maintaining proper hydration, practicing dry brushing, using sauna sessions, and considering the use of kapha heating-based oils.
