Certain medical conditions can lead to low testosterone. Some of these include autoimmune issues, chronic kidney or lung issues, infections or viruses, metabolic conditions, and obesity. Certain chemotherapy drugs, corticosteroids, and alcohol can also lead to low testosterone.

2. Lifestyle Reasons

Lifestyle factors such as a high inflammatory diet, poor sleep, too much stress, and low nutrient intake can be causes of low testosterone.

3. Ways to Boost Naturally

An overall healthy lifestyle will help to dramatically improve levels of testosterone. Some ways include improving hip to waist ratio, getting quality sleep, reducing alcohol consumption, and avoiding sugar and processed foods.
