Psoriasis Suffer: Hi Dr. Cabral. I truly appreciate all you do and you work has inspired me to not give up. The problem is that I have dealt with psoriasis since I was a child and Nothing seems to work… It often gets better for a short time and then relapses. It makes relationships and my social life very difficult. I really need your help and advice. Thank you thank you Thank you!
Lorraine: Should I take a b-complex vitamin. If so, which one. Am I doing too much b-complex if I’m doing your all-in-one too?
Sally: Hi Dr. Cabral I love your podcast and just started to listen to all the back episodes to catch up – I apologize if you already answered my question… I’ve been suffering from migraines for over a decade. I just recently heard you say it could be food-related. How so, and how am I able to find out what I’m allergic to. What foods should I avoid if I get migraines? Thank you so much!
