1. Root Causes of Weight Gain

Once you’ve mastered your nutrition and your movement plan there’s not a lot you can do about reducing calories or moving your body more, so at that point, you have to understand that your metabolism is what needs to change not just calories in versus calories out.

The bridge that can get you from where you are right now to boosting your metabolism on a daily basis may start with certain herbal-based extracts or nutrients, but they must, at the same time, be working to foster hormonal metabolic balance.
