In this world, it seems difficult to find the middle ground and instead, the two prevailing philosophies are to either go all out in life 24/7 or look for the easiest way out whenever possible.

At least in the west, the constant grinding and pushing yourself to the limit has most certainly won out as the dominant culture.

The problem is every person regardless of how strong their constitution is will eventually burn out with this mentality.

That’s why on today’s Cabral Concept 2222 I’ll be sharing the five signs you need to take a break before you burn out.

1. Mental

One of the reasons why people burn out unexpectedly is because they fail to recognize burnout has more to do with the nervous system than it does with the muscles.

2. Emotional

There are very specific emotional responses that are dead giveaways for someone that is nearing burnout and once you know them you will know what to look for and begin to slow down.

3. Physical

As I stated in the first big takeaway, physical exhaustion is not as big of a factor as you may think and that is why you must look towards the emotions and mental side of it as well. The body recovers a lot faster than you think but the nervous system does not.
