1. Fat as Fuel vs. Ketosis/Low Carb

Please keep in mind that you can burn fat without being low carb or in ketosis and just because you’re in ketosis does not mean you’re burning body fat.

2. Resistance Training

Resistance training (not just cardio) will help your body better utilize glucose to bring down blood sugar naturally and allow you to eat more carbohydrates.

3. Insulin

The bottom line is that you must regulate your insulin levels in order to become fat-adapted and burn fat as fuel.
