I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of our community’s questions that have come in over the past few weeks…

Victoria: Hi Dr. Cabral, Someone I know has been in the hospital with double pneumonia and tuberculosis. The antibiotics weren’t helping for awhile so they had to put her in an induced coma for a week and on a ventilator to keep her alive. Eventually, she left the hospital but then her ankles started hurting. After review by doctors, they found something called “mycobacterium haemophilum” that could be possibly infecting / eating away at her bone. They only had one very unfortunate solution for this to prevent it spreading to the rest of her body. I have a few questions. I know you are not supposed to give medical advice — so I won’t be asking for medical advice. If she would look to help to fix this dis – ease in her body naturally, what do you think the best solutions would be to start? I am trying to get some kind of a Naturopathic doctor to start working with her. Looking for any possible guidance though you may have. Wondering if this happened because of all the antibiotics she was pumped (7+ kinds) to keep the other infections at bay imbalanced her microbiome and body dramatically. She has also had an autoimmune disease for most of her life in which she has been on a strong steroid for (15+ years). Thank you so much for your input.. really appreciate your time on this.

Joanna: Hi Dr Cabral Could you please explain how someone can have an issue with sulphur detoxification and why they get symptoms with foods high in sulphur? What is the underlying cause of this? How do you go about Correcting this? Does this have a correlation with sibo? Plus what is hydrogen sulfide bacteria and how does occur? Many thanks for your help

Charonne: Hi doctor Cabral, I hope you’re doing great! I was wondering if you could maybe give me some advice on the following: I (42 y.o. F) always have cold hands and feet – especially during the winter. In those cold months, my fingers will often swell up and look inflamed from the cold. I know that it has to do with my low thyroid and a very low blood pressure. I’m working on this with my health practitioner, but it’s going slowly, so I would really love to know if you know of any great natural remedies to get and keep my hands and feet warm. Thanks so much in advance for your answer, and for everything you do! Especially for creating the CBO protocol! I’m almost finished with it, and my digestion has never been better! 🙂 Charonne

Anonymous: Hi Doc, Thanks for everything! (I know this is a family show so I will try to phrase my question in the right way. Choose the best alternative for your preferences.) Alternative 1. Are there any underlying root cause to sexual fetish’m? Alternative 2. Are there any underlying root cause to why some people have a “fruitful desire” in which gratification is linked to an abnormal degree to a particular object, item of clothing, part of the body, etc? TIA!

Elizabeth: How do you know what your exact body type is? As well as what is better to do to lose weight carb cycling or macroing? I’ve put on 40lbs , 54 yrs metabolism is shot 🙁

Laura: Hello! I’m a 27 year old Vata. My at-home saliva test showed low cortisol in the AM and higher than optimal at night. I know this is adrenal fatigue and I’ve listened to all of your shows on this. I feel exhausted in the morning but still anxious so I chose not to go for adrenal energy support. I already do the daily foundational protocol level 3 with magnesium before bed and zinc at dinner time. I’ve done the CBO & CBO finisher and do my seasonal detoxes as well. Any recommendations for raising my cortisol levels in the morning naturally? I already bought the light box but not sure what else to do as I really feel very tired in the morning (and caffeine worsens my anxiety). Sleep is good, 7-7.30h of sleep every night with 90 mins of REM and 2h of Deep.
