Let’s face it at some point we’re all going to enjoy a meal that’s not quite on our healthy list of foods and probably a lot larger than we’re used to…

If this is an every once in a while happening I have no issue with anyone enjoying their favorite foods, however, that doesn’t mean they can’t ease the side effects with a couple of easy tips…

So on today’s #CabralConcept 2120 I’d like to share with you how not to get bloated from hard to digest meals – enjoy the show and let me know any other tips you may have!

1. Pre-Meal

One simple before the meal tip is to take a couple of daily digest enzymes in order to better break down and absorb your food.

2. Mid-Meal

Another mid-meal tip would be to sip on a cup of hot ginger herbal tea to allow for better digestion.

3. Post-Meal

After the meal, you can assess how much food you ate.  If you’re bloated, and if dessert is on the way you can always add more HCL, enzymes, ginger tea, digestive bitters, or even a decaf coffee. Tune in to the full show for all the details!
