Although no real harm will usually come from taking your nutritional supplements at the wrong time of the day (with a few exceptions like taking melatonin in the morning ; ) that doesn’t mean you are currently taking them at the optimal times…

1. Stimulatory

It’s important that you know which of your products may stimulate the nervous system so that you only take those at lunch or before. 

2. Calming

Calming supplements may be taken in the morning for those with higher levels of stress, but for the most part, they are taken in the 2nd half of the day as you are winding down the nervous system.

3. Empty Stomach

There is a certain subset of supplements that really need to be taken on an empty stomach in order to work how they’re supposed to. If you’re recommended to take a specific product away from food please do your best to do so.
