1. You Must Have a Target

Unless you know what goal you are aiming for it’s going to be difficult to put in the work and then track your progress.

2. You Must Track Weekly

Tracking progress by looking in the mirror or using your intuition is fine, but having actual data is the fastest and easiest way to measure your progress. I will be using body fat calipers and a digital scale.

3. Don’t Ignore Your Health

Although I have a concrete goal to hit, I am not willing to add more than 1-2% body fat or exhaust my body. It’s important to know what you don’t want – Not just what you do want.
