1. Know Your Triggers

When are you most likely to overeat? With friends, family, coworkers after work? Or is it more weddings, holidays, or just on vacation?

2. Be Aware of it Coming

When you know your overeating triggers (explained on today’s show) you will eventually see them coming and will hopefully plan ahead.

3. Notice Patterns

Have you ever found yourself regretting a bout of overeating? If so, don’t be too hard on yourself. Instead, try to look at the real reason as to why it happened (stress, fatigue, boredom, situational, etc.) and then vow to try to remedy the situation next time.
