1. Circadian Rhythm 

Your body has a natural rhythm that is dictated by outside forces not within your control. This rhythm regulates the best times to eat and digest food during the day.

2. Sunlight Hours

It’s been proven many times through neuroscience that the best times to eat are during the daylight hours. This is when the body is naturally equipped to digest food.

3. Dark Hours

The hours in the evening to early morning should be reserved for rest, digest, and repair. This means that by the time the sun sets your last meal should ideally have been consumed.
