Shelly: Hello Dr. Cabral and Team, I am currently obsessed with the Dr. Cabral Podcast. I plan to purchase a copy of The Rain Barrel Effect soon to gain further insight. I am highly interested in functional foods which led me to Dr. Cabral’s Instagram Account, which led me to the Podcast. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis 18 years ago and decided to go gluten and dairy beginning 01/01/18. I am currently experiencing symptoms of possibly being over-medicated and am going in for blood work tomorrow morning per my doctor’s request, she responded to my emailed inquiry concerning my symptoms. My ultimate desire is to get off Levothyroxine. I would love to run a full panel through Dr. Cabral and hope to be able to do so in the future, at this time I do not have the finances available to do so. Aside from the Hashimoto, I was curious to know if Dr. Cabral had toxicity concerns regarding Invisalign treatment used to straighten teeth rather than traditional braces. I am currently 2.5 months into the project’s 14-month treatment. Best Regards, Shelley

Kylie: Hi Dr. Stephen Cabral, just want to start off by saying thank you so much for all the information you share every week, I have learned so much & it has helped me so much in my healing journey. Just a few questions that I would appreciate so much for you to answer – 1. What is a great make the day before lunch that you would suggest for a predominantly vata constitute? I also live in a tropical warm climate in Queensland, Australia & it’s currently about to come into summer here. 2. Do you eat red meat? If not, how do you make sure you get enough iron? 3. What are your thoughts on eating brown rice? 4. What are your thoughts on resistant starch? ie. Cooked & cooled rice or potatoes? Thank you so much for taking to the time to answer these questions for me 🙂

Kelsey: In regards to being pregnant — are all of the detoxes off limit? Or maybe a better question is what products would be recommended for pregnancy?

Kristin: Do you have any advice or guidance on how to alleviate pain caused by endometriosis? I have had surgeries but the symptoms have come back and are painful again. Are there any alternative options to alleviate pain

Danielle: Hi, I am very interested in the intuitive health practitioner course however I have been unable to find anywhere what organization or university the course is recognized/registered under. I am concerned that I won’t be able to safely practice in Australia unless it is recognized. Thank you for your help, Danielle

Lauren: My friend’s 5-year-old son was diagnosed in September with diabetes type 1. He has to be given 4 injections of insulin daily. Which lab tests would you recommend he do?

Susanne: Hi! Can I drink soup (made of bone broth and vegetables) every morning instead of a smoothie on the CBO protocol?

Carlos: Hello, I am done with the CBO protocol but still feel loud, persistent stomach growling throughout the day more so when I lay down. I assume it’s bowel movements but they’re so loud they keep me from sleeping at time. Any recommendations? Thank you

Melissa: Hi I have been suffering with vestibular migraines & inflammation. I’m from Australia & am 38 yrs old. I eat really healthy and would love to get some tests done
