I have been doing a lot of research on what people are eating that are living the longest. One of the main things they eat is super high nutrient-dense carbohydrates. Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat is something that I have been using lately that is gluten-free. Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat is full of polyphenols that help with inflammation, immune system support, blood glucose levels, and more.

2. Flavonols & Cognitive Decline

Numerous studies have shown that diets need to include colorful fruits and veggies for optimal health. The flavonols found in dark leafy greens, specifically ones containing quercetin, have been shown to slow cognitive decline by 32%.

3. Anti-Depressants & Placebos
