Today’s show might sound like a bit of a rant, but it’s only because I feel so passionate about providing you with facts…

Today I want to go over a large scale research study providing a new, proposed, scoring system for over 8,000 foods.

Not only is this information an example of bad science, but I feel it can be detrimental to the larger population who would look at it and take it at face value…
