Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows!
This is where we answer our community’s wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track!
Check out today’s questions:
Michael: Hi Dr Cabral, what could be the reason I can only handle 1 drop of biocidin? I’ve been taking biocidin for 7 months. I can take other supplements at full dose daily like NAC 600mg, ALA 600mg and Liposomal Glutathione 500mg. I have tested positive for mold toxicity and h pylori. What can I do to be able to take higher dosages ?
Kelsey: Hi! Looking to build a house. How do you feel about living near farming? There are corn crops on the edge of the property we are looking at. Worried about potential harmful effects from them spraying with chemicals. Thoughts? Thank you
Gina: Hi Dr Cabral! Thank you so much for all of the helpful information you share, you’ve been a huge help with a lot of things I’ve been struggling with. My question is ; Since I was young (elementary school) I’ve dealt with a fast heart rate/palpitations/lightheadedness intermittently that have become more frequent lately. I’m 33 otherwise healthy, eat clean, no meds, no alcohol, very health conscious. Cardiologist “diagnosed” a “short pr interval” based off EKG that he says may *or may not* suggest I have an extra accessory passageway. Anyway, the episodes are hard to determine triggers for; they seem to be more likely to happen during my cycle and during ovulation. Also highly likely during season changes. Never been on birth control, gave birth 3 years ago and I’d say they have become more frequent since then. Also had a fibroadenoma prior to pregnancy that disappeared and never came back after pregnancy. Not sure if that indicates I’m no longer estrogen dominant? Did the hair test recently and found my sodium and potassium both low, potassium a lot higher than sodium, calcium a lot higher than magnesium so am going to work on that. I take vitamin D3, multi, vitamin C and zinc as well. Any other direction you can help point me in would be appreciated!! Thank you very much!
Penny: I know to consult my physician but… I’m 370 pounds & I I do have Hypothyroid & taking meds for it but I’d really like to start Fatlossity & wanted to know if I could get started & for how long can one stay one it. Thank you for any help or advice with this. Thank you.
Aisha: Hi, hope you’re having a great day. My daughter is turning 4 soon and she has about 8 grey hairs on the top of her head. I’ve read this might be a copper deficiency issue. What should I be looking into? Some background: She tends to struggle with mild eczema and can sometimes get constipated. Also, slightly unrelated to the hair but who knows, her belly is slightly big and can get bloated after certain meals. Sorry to throw so much at you at once. Truly appreciate your help and guidance.
Alyssa: Hi Dr Cabral! I have a question about HRV. I got an Apple Watch for my 37th birthday. I noticed my HRV is very low. It averages 30’s but it sometimes as low as 15. I have pretty well controlled RA and hashimotos. Other than that, I’m pretty healthy and workout 5x a week, eat a very clean diet and have done a few of your protocols (dns, cbo and lots of supplements to fix imbalances found on big 5). I’ve listened to past podcasts on it, but I’m worried since I already do most of the suggestions for raising it and it’s still so low. Am I more unhealthy than I think?!
