Cholesterol leads to plaque build-up and clogging of the arteries, which can
accumulate over time from improper diet, lack of exercise, and genetics. Elevated
cholesterol levels are a sign for a possible heart attacks, but your risks can be
reduced by improving your nutrition and workout program.
Healthy Cholesterol Levels:
Total Cholesterol: < 200mg/dL
LDL Levels < 100md/dL
HDL Levels > 40mg/dL
Try adding these natural products daily:
