Video: How a REAL fat burning interval should look
After finishing up my client meetings for the day yesterday I saw a reader question
asking what more they can do after they finish their fat burning intervals?
Here’s the problem I have with that question…
You should be completely spent after your fat burning intervals!
Literally, there should be nothing left to give since you just spent 4 – 20 minutes
sprinting outdoors, on a bike, or with some other form of my fat burning conditioning
Today, I want to try to clear things up and show you how to complete your workouts
for maximum fat burning effectiveness.
Here’s how to set everything up in your workout:
Part 1. Dynamic warm-up consisting of body weight movement exercises (3-5 minutes)
Part 2. Resistance workout using free weights (10 – 30 minutes)
Part 3. Fat burning intervals (4 – 20 minutes)
Part 4. Static stretching and/or foam rolling (5 – 10 minutes)
You can literally customize your own plan using my fat burning system to come up
with 20 minute routines on the days you need to get in and out, or longer ones on the
days you have a little bit more time to devote to your exercise.
