Here’s how to complete it…

How to Burn 500 Calories in 1 Workout Fast:

Complete the “quad-set” without resting
Shoot for 4 rounds – start with 2-3 sets for beginners
Tri-set of exercises working every muscle in your body for maximum fat loss results

 
… now let’s get right into the workout.

Exercise #1: Cone lunges x 24-30 reps
Exercise #2: Band chops x 15 reps on each side
Exercise #3: Dumbbell squat press x 15 reps
Exercise #4: Mountain climbers x 30 seconds
