HouseCall: Bile Stone Flush, Calendars & Scheduling, Airport Water, DNS & Bloating, Spicy Food
Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows!
This is where we answer our community’s wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track!
Check out today’s questions:
Luis: Hi Dr Cabral, I wanted to ask what your thoughts are on the liver and gallbladder flush solution resulting in the expulsion of soap stones rather than gall stones. There are other doctors on YouTube claiming that you expel the lemon juice and olive oil mixture rather than gall stones. Their argument is that fat plus alkaline solution results in soap. I don’t agree with this but I have done 8 flushes over the course of a few years and have not experienced much benefit. I still have quite a few gi issues that I’m still working to resolve. Thanks.
Taras: Hi Dr., Thanks for the great podcasts. I like your idea of switching from todo list towards calendar. What calendar tools, apps, methods are you using Thanks,
Amanda: Hi doctor Cabral, With holiday travel coming up and limited package options at the airports, if you had to choose between water from a plastic bottle or no water at all, which would you prefer? Thanks! Amanda
Anonymous: Hello Dr Cabral. I love the DNS for its nutritional make up and complete vitamins and minerals, but it gives me bloating. I am certain that this is caused by the DNS because if I discontinue it the symptoms go away. My guess is that it is due to the pea protein since I don’t digest legumes well in general. Would you please speak to this and possibly recommend another similar product? I wish I could digest it but the symptoms and discomfort are not worth the gain. Would you ever make a DNS without pea protein, whey perhaps? Thanks
Oliver: Hi Dr Cabral, I have an issue with spicy food. Any time I eat spicy food it causes gut issues and diarrhoea. Any tips on what causing this and how to prevent it? I have searched previous podcasts and can only find questions around spice and acid reflux which is not an issue. I’m also lactose intolerant, not sure if that makes a difference but I know milk helps neutralise spice
Thank you for tuning into today’s Cabral HouseCall and be sure to check back tomorrow where we answer more of our community’s questions!
