HouseCall: V Reactions, Thick Mucus, Binders, MRSA, Wim Hoff Method, Grape Seed vs Grapefruit Seed Extract
Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend!
I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of our community’s questions that have come in over the past few weeks…
Let’s get started!
Courtney: Hi there! One of my closest friends had a pretty immediate strong reaction to the Johnson and Johnson (shall not be named) virus v. He sweats profusely as if he’d dumped a bucket of water over his head. Since the v, vitiligo has kicked in (which he had no history of) and he continues to lose pigmentation on his face and arms. Any known connection? Advice for how to intervene? Thanks so much, from a long time patient of your practice!
Anonymous: Hi Dr Cabral, Thank you for all your help! I listen to you every day and have learned so much! I had a septoplasty done a few years back and about 4 months after I started getting a glue like mucus in my nose and down my throat. It is so thick that’s sometimes I can’t get it out of my throat unless I gargle water and forcefully hack it up. It is there pretty much 24/7 but sometimes worse in the AM. It will wake me up. It almost feels like I’m drowning. I have done your 21day detox, CBO and CBO finisher. I’m waiting on my food sensitivity test results now. I’ve tried 2-3 drops of GSE in my sinus rinse but it burned REALLY bad. It that normal for GSE? The ENT doc keeps telling me that everything looks fine and I have acid reflux but I feel it in my nose too.
Jenny: Hi Dr. Cabral. Thank you for all that you do. I have a question about the Binder Enterosgel. Read that it helps bind histamines as well as aluminum etc. Have you heard of this product? And what are your thoughts . I know you have done podcasts on Binders before and I have used the Quicksilver product with charcoal/zeolite . I’m just not sure that’s the right binder for me because I deal with histamine intolerance? Is There a better binder for someone with histamine issues? Thanks!
Mary: My husband was diagnosed with MRSA. He went to an infectious disease doctor after a dermatologist suggested he be on an antibiotic for the rest of his life. The infectious disease doctor gave him Bactriban for flares but also said I probably already have it because he has it. Asked if there was anything we could do to permanently get rid of it and he said no. Wondering if there is a lab I could run or supplements I could take?
Kevin: Will you do a podcast with your thoughts on the Wim Hoff Method? Specifically his 30 deep breath exercises and cold water therapy? I love your show and trust your research and insight! Thank you!
Mike: Hi Dr. C, Can you explain the difference between grape seed extract and grapefruit seed extract? The different benefits of each, dosage, liquid vs pill etc… I cannot thank you enough for everything you done help me over the years. You are the MAN!!!
Thank you for tuning into this weekend’s Cabral HouseCalls and be sure to check back tomorrow for our Mindset & Motivation Monday show to get your week started off right!
