HouseCall: Daily Planner, Smoking & Vaping, Sleep Schedule, Ileostomy, Granuloma Anulare
Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows!
This is where we answer our community’s wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track!
Check out today’s questions:
Deb: Can you tell me the daily planner you use. I listened to a podcast talking about your travel essentials, but left the site before clicking g on the planner.
Darren: Hey, Dr. Cabral. Wishing both you and the family well. Also fellow listeners and those who work with you. I know this may be answered in 2 months and I’ve no idea what the future will be like with relation to the coronavirus by the time you answer this but I’m telling my friend that smoking cigarettes, vaping and alcohol consumption can make you more susceptible to contracting it and suffering more. They do not believe me because they’re young and actually physically fit (go figure). I don’t want it to be an “I told you so” moment but they’d be more apt to believe hearing it from an actual expert like yourself who has tons of research under their belt. There is also a debate for smoking marijuana instead but I recommended using CBD. Honestly I’m not sure if that wasa good recommendation, can you provide any info if you haven’t already in the past 8 weeks on said topic? Thank you and keep up great work!
Darren: Hey, Dr. Cabral. The same Darren again. I’ve issues with sleep. I did your recommendations from previous podcasts and I have no difficulty falling asleep but I tend to wake up up around 3 or so after getting 5 hours. Trying to get back to sleep is difficult. I’ve no known stress, do melatonin, magnesium, I meditate, I’m fit vata pitta type. Before your podcast, I would be okay with it and go about my day thinking that was ample rest but I don’t know if thinking I must get 8 hours has increased anxiety ata subconscious level. My job is emergency related and we respond to calls/rescues at any hour of the night but that’s like twice a week when I work night shifts. Can the nights I’m home be affected by that? Again keep up great work.
Jill: Hello. My mom had an iliostomy, therefore she has no large intestine or colon. Would the strains in the Clean Gut Probiotic, and then later, the Daily Probiotic both be safe for someone in this situation? She did the big5 labs and was recommended to take these two probiotics in her protocols. She’s just nervous to end up with SIBO or some other unwanted gut problem if these aren’t meant for a person in her situation. Thank you for all you’ve done to help our family! Jill
Rebecca: Hello. I was wondering where your products are manufactured? Thanks
Pam: wondering if there a cure fore tinnitus
Dianne: Hi Stephen and crew,I really enjoy listening to your podcasts when I travel 3.5 hrs to visit my daughter every 2 weeks. Thank you for your knowledge that you share with us all.I have a friend who is 61 year old female and she is suffering from Granuloma Anulare. She has been told so many different things and is totally confused with what to believe. It is now moving onto her face. The GA started on her hands and arms at least 2.5 years ago. She has used super expensive creams which are probably quite toxic but nothing is stopping them. Im wondering whether you can give some suggestions of tests and or medication that will help to decrease the incidents of the GA or removing it entirely. My friend has also suffered from mouth ulcers quite severely for most of her life. Thanks so muchDianne
