Check out today’s questions:
Paula: I am in the process of healing my leaky gut and have removed soy, gluten, nuts, dairy, legumes and grains. Should I do a food sensitivity test now or after it is healed? I’m suffering from eczema too!
Maria: Hi Dr Cabral, I have a TSH of 1.98, T3 of 3.5 (thus normal) but I have a low free thyroxine (11.5). Is this possible or was it tested wrongly?
Ana: My son is 11 and once a week/2 weeks suffers from severe migraines and only stop after vomiting. Eats healthy and doctors can’t find the cause. Please help! Can only afford one lab test max!
Jasmin: Do I have to remove all grains and legumes until I heal my leaky gut? My igG testing also shows intolerance to a bunch of foods and I feel very restricted. How long should I remove these for?
Jenny: Hello Dr. Cabral ,I was wondering what you think about FORTIBONE? same makers of Fortigel. And would you consider using it in a “bone health” product? Thanks!
DB: I’ve read that some experts recommend staying away from starchy grains, vegetables, and olive oil. What are your thoughts on starch and oil debates.
Andrea: Horrible eczema on my hands and fingers. Removed all common allergens and have rotated various other ingredients but no luck. Stool test show little dysbiosis but high IgA. Please help!
Eve: Is it safe to flush out a gallstone that is 1.2 to 1.5 cm with the gallbladder cleanse ? What precautions does one take after cleansing that will help someone avoid calcification ?
Thank you for tuning into today’s Cabral HouseCall and be sure to check back tomorrow where we answer more of our community’s questions!
