People often say we all have the same 24 hours, but I don’t believe that to be true…

There are phases in life when you have more time and others when you have less and it’s important not to compare yourself to someone who may not have the same commitments or responsibilities as you do.

That said, I do believe that most of us can carve out 30 minutes a day to work toward a goal.

And if you can find that time, I truly believe you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself!

1. What Would you Regret Not Accomplishing This Year

Take a moment and identify the first 1-2 things that come to mind. Consider areas like health, body transformation, relationships, finances, career, and spirituality. In order to really commit to one of these goals you also need to make sure your “why” is strong enough to drive you. 

2. How Much Progress Are Making Toward Those Goals

Are you actively working on these goals, and can you adjust your focus to align better with what truly matters? You may not need to add more time, but you do need to reallocate how you’re spending it.

3. How to Reach Your Goals

Start with just 1 30-minute time block each day dedicated to your goal. If possible, carve out 2 30-minute sessions to make even greater progress. Once you begin to do this you become the type of person who not only sets goals but actively pursues them. Once you achieve your first goal and establish it as a consistent part of your routine, you can begin to build on it and use habit stacking to create even more momentum.
