1. Is Your Metabolism Broken

If you’re struggling to lose weight despite efforts like dieting, exercise, and low-carb diets, it’s likely that your metabolism is to blame. If you’ve hit a plateau despite these attempts, it’s time to focus on fixing your metabolism.

2. Diet & Exercise

When people struggle to lose weight they oftentimes will double down on diet and exercise.  However, when metabolism slows down, these things can exacerbate the problem. Continuing to restrict calories and increase exercise may further stall metabolism and make the situation worse.

3. How to Fix Your Metabolism

When your metabolism stalls, you need to get to the root cause. The first three things you want to look at are your cortisol levels, estrogen levels, and your thyroid. Understanding imbalances in these will help you uncover where the major problems might be with your weight loss.
