Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, known for its potential to reduce stress and promote overall well-being.

2. Why is Ashwagandha Important

While I don’t believe there is any one specific way you can improve your health, I do think there are things you can do that can help move you in the right direction. If you are chronically stressed, taking Ashwagandha might help to get you to a place where you are then able to make improvements in other areas of your life.

3. What Did The Research Show

The research looked at 9 different studies on the effects of ashwagandha on stress. It concludes that taking ashwagandha for at least 30 days with an average of 250-500mg per day can help reduce stress by lowering cortisol levels.
