Not everyone is a believer yet in incorporating intermittent fasting into their daily routine-

Some say they have tried it and had little to no success…

But I believe that the majority of people who it’s not working for may not be doing it right, which either does not provide them with the results they want or can cause unwanted and unexpected health side effects in the long term.

So today on #CabralConcept 2931, I want to go over the big weight loss intermittent fasting mistake and what you can do instead. Enjoy the show, and feel free to share your thoughts!

1. Initial Step

When starting on a weight loss journey, there’s always an initial step. We need to burn more calories than we take in which means we either need to eat less or move more. While I firmly believe that weight loss is more nuanced than simply calories in versus calories out, it’s crucial to establish this as a starting point.

2. Calorie Redistribution

A common practice I often see is calorie redistribution. Many people opt to skip breakfast and just redistribute those calories to other meals throughout the day.

3. New Hair Growth Molecule

Approach: In order for Intermittent fasting to be effective I think there are 5 main components people need to take to set themselves up for success.
    • Monitor daily calorie intake.
    • Avoid crash diets
    • Divide calorie consumption evenly among three meals.
    • Gradually reduce calorie intake by an average of 250 calories per day.
    • Opt for a smaller dinner portion compared to other meals.
