Erica: Thoughts on Nu salt (potassium chloride) and the Bryan Johnson blueprint diet? Was thinking of following the Bryan Johnson Blueprint diet and I noticed he hardly uses salt, but nu salt instead. What are your thoughts on his diet as an whole and nu salt?
Anonymous: Hello Dr Cabral ! My husband (23) has been experiencing erectile dysfunction symptoms. we had his testosterone tested (385 ng/L) although it wasn’t below range his doctor mentioned it seemed to be on the lower end. He got a viagra generic on a however there really was not a noticeable difference. We had a follow up with his MD said he wouldn’t be able to do anything about it or refer us due to his testosterone level being within range. He has seeked therapy as recommended by his MD for the chance it “psychological” but it’s been 7 months and there has been no improvement. I’m concerned it’s due to something a lot more serious or an arterial insufficiency due to his slight high LDL cholesterol . Anything we can do with lab work that may help us figure this out? Thank you for your work!
Irma: Hi, Dr. Cabral. Thank you for all that you do to help us improve our health.!!! We just moved out of our home due to mold. We will have it cleaned up and are ordering your mold urine test. My question is do you think it’s safe to move back into this house after mold remediation? We do own our home but we are worried it may not be completely removed or that it may return. We have experienced some of the symptoms you mentioned before regarding mold exposure. Also what do you suggest in the meantime to cleanse or detox our bodies of this mold exposure? One of the molds found is stachybotrys and from what we hear it’s very toxic. Our bedroom had a high level. Thank you for your help!
Erin: Breakfast! I know you’ve mentioned the daily nutritional shake with some fruit in it is a great way to start the day and I have tried this for awhile but it just doesn’t seem to stay with me or give me the energy I need until lunch versus if I have some sprouted toast, couple eggs and some local pastured bacon. Any thoughts on this…should I just stick with the shakes and power through or is the toast/bacon/eggs ok?
Joanna: Hi Dr Cabral Thankyou for your continuation of educating and spreading so much knowledge to others. I am a fellow IHP 2. I wondered if you could share with me, if you know the benefits of the feets up stool used in yoga, where you place your head in the feets up stool and your legs are elevated and you can do various movements with your legs? Thankyou so much Joanna
