If exercise is not enjoyable for you, or causes you pain, you are not going to continue. Find different ways to move your body that you find enjoyable.

3. Start with Walking

If you are just getting started it might be best to start with walking. To ensure this is something you enjoy try walking with a friend, talking on the phone, listening to a podcast, or watching TV while you walk.
