I originally filmed this workout to be used when you’re traveling, but since it’s meant to be done right in your bedroom you can pretty much do it anywhere…
Like most of my article and video topics this one came about by popular demand.
I got so many questions about how to stay on track while traveling or what to do if you don’t have access to a gym that I decided it was time to talk more about this hot topic.
In the video I’m about to show you, I actually walk you through 2 of my favorite exercises to superset back-to-back.
They are the inclined push-up and the Bulgarian split squat.
Keep in mind that created this program for anyone to be able to do, so it doesn’t matter if you 15 years old or 65 years old – you can do this one!
Here’s how the 10-Minute Workout shapes up:
Inclined or regular push-ups x AMAP (as many as possible)
Bulgarian split squats x 10-15 reps per side
* Try to complete both of those exercises back to back without resting in between.
* For an additional metabolic booster I would also add a set of mountain climbers for 30 seconds at the end of this superset (not pictured in video).
Adding that extra 30-seconds of mountain climbers will literally super charge your fat loss results!
So here is what the 10-Minute Workout will now look like:
1A. Inclined Push-Ups x AMAP
1B. Bulgarian Split Squats x 15 reps per leg
1C. Mountain Climbers x 30 seconds
-Rest 60-90 seconds and repeat
If you complete 3 rounds of that routine you should finish in just under 10-minutes and you’ll be done with your entire workout.
How great is that!
I love being able to take the whole excuse factor out of why we can’t (or won’t) exercise for the day…
This particular 10-Minute Home Workout certainly does just that.
As always, I also recommend a dynamic warm-up before beginning this or any other workout, but if you truly don’t have time just make sure your first set of the 10-Minute Workout isn’t to failure.
