Our core muscles are crucial because they provide stability and support for the body.
Strong core muscles help maintain good posture, prevent lower back pain, and enable efficient movement and balance in various physical activities.
Good core strength is also a valuable indicator of your overall strength.
Today, I want to discuss a simple way for you to measure your core strength and discover how you can enhance it.

Phase 1 involves holding a plank position for as long as possible. The goal is to achieve a duration of up to 60 seconds.
2.
Once you’ve mastered Phase 1, you can progress to Phase 2. In Phase 2, hold the plank position and lift one arm in front of you, sustaining it for 15 seconds. Then switch to the other arm. Afterward, try holding each leg for 15 seconds.
3.
Phase 3 consists of holding your opposite arm and leg out simultaneously. Aim to sustain this position for 15 seconds on each side, and gradually work up to 30 seconds for each side.
