1-Minute ABs Exercise Video:
In this 1-minute AB exercise I’m going to show you how to strengthen every
muscle of your core and abs in just one move!
It’s called a “V-Crunch” and it’s a combination of a boat pose, or “V” pose,
and a crunch.
The secret to this powerful AB exercise is that your body is continually
adapting to balance itself. The reason it also works so well is that you have to
keep CONSTANT tension on your abs, obliques, and core muscles!
As you’re going through this exercise you’ll also want to make sure not round
your back or pull your chin into your chest while completing each rep… that
way there you’ll keep your back safe and you’ll place more tension on your abs.
I would recommend beginners start with just a V-hold pose and then after
a workout or two of holding that pose for 30 – 60 seconds straight you can
work up to my V-Crunch.
If you’ve been working your abs for a while give this 1-minute AB exercise a
try for 15-30 reps (about 1-minute) for 2-3 sets at the end of your next
workout.
I bet you’ll feel your abs tightening with every rep!
