WW: Is This Why Most People Are Unwell & Unhappy?

While we may be able to keep people alive longer thanks to medical technology we are certainly not improving people’s quality of life.

This means that people are being diagnosed with diseases at younger and younger ages every year and most people are on a cocktail of medications by the time they reach their 50s.

So for essentially half of an adult’s life they will be medicated for a chronic condition that could most likely have been mitigated by implementing certain lifestyle factors that no one ever shared with them.

That’s why and today’s #CabralConcept 2217 I’d like to share with you what the research shows for why most people are unwell and unhappy – hopefully, you get some knowledge out of the show and share with anyone you believe it could help!

I’m hoping that one of the biggest breakthroughs within the next few years addresses what I referred to as lifestyle medicine that teaches people what they need to know in order to stave off disease.

2. Food Comes First

Before any medication is given a doctor should speak with her patient about addressing their diet and how it may be the root cause of their dis-ease.

3. Movement Next

If you’re trying to help a client or patient or yourself and you’re looking for one thing make it a change in nutrition. After that, you can then add the 4 stages of exercise I speak about.
