This is what I use when feeling sick:
Core Daily Support:
- Daily Nutritional Support Shake
- Daily Omega-3 (2–3 softgels/day)
- Vitamin D3 (4–5 drops/day)
- Note: I do this everyday even when not sick
Optional Daily Add-Ons:
Core Immunity Support:
- Daily Immunity Protocol (2x/day)
- Protocol Ingredients: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Balanced Zinc
- Note: I use this protocol everyday, but only 1 serving – not 2
- HistPro (2-4 caps 3x/day)
- Protocol Ingredients: Quercetin, Bromelain, Vit C & more
- Note: I use this protocol everyday, but only 2 capsules per day
- Sinus Support (1-2 caps 3x/day)
- Protocol Ingredients: High-dose NAC, licorice root, other immune boosters
- Note: I only use this when sick
Other Nutritional Supplements: I personally find helpful and often add only when not feeling my best:
- Oregano Oil or Citricidal drops
- Colloidal Silver
- Colloidal Silver Nasal Spray
- Elderberry + Zinc Lozenges
- Typically I would not consume more than 50mg of zinc per day across all supplements, but when sick I may increase my dosage to 75-100mg for 1-3 weeks maximum
- Liquid Melatonin
- NutriBiotic Throat Spray (for sore throat)
- Quantum Throat Spray (for sore throat)
- Nasal Spray (for sinus congestion)
- Neti Pot with 3 Citricidal Drops (for sinus congestion)
- Ear Drops (for earache)
- Mullein Garlic Herbal Oil
Additional Immune Enhancers (as needed)
- L-lysine – 1g 3x/day (Upon Waking, before bed)
- Monolaurin – 1g 2x/day (Breakfast & Dinner)
- BHT – 300mg 2x/day (optional at Breakfast & Dinner)
- Daily Mushroom Immune Support 2 capsules 2x/day (Breakfast & Dinner)
Maintenance Dose:
- L-lysine – 1-2g
- Monolaurin – 1g
Advanced Add-Ons:
- Methylene Blue
Daily Protocol:
This is what a day in my nutritional/supplement life looks like during a personal sick-day protocol (this protocol does not last more than 3 weeks due to higher dosages of vitamin D3 and zinc):
Upon Waking:
- Alkalizing Vitamin C x 1 scoop
- Daily Fruit & Vegetable Blend
Breakfast:
- Fruit Smoothie with Daily Nutritional Support x 2 scoops
- HistPro x 3 capsules
- Sinus Support x 2 capsules
- Vitamin D x 2,500 IUs
Lunch:
- Easy to digest meal
- Histpro x 3 capsules
- Sinus Support x 2 capsules
- Vitamin D x 2,500 IUs
- Balanced Zinc x 1 capsule
Mid-Afternoon:
- Alkalizing Vitamin C x 1 scoop (take away from food)
Dinner:
- Finish dinner by 5:30/6pm at the latest
- Histpro x 3 capsules
- Sinus Support x 1 capsule
- FM Zinc x 1 capsule
- Daily Omega-3 x 2 softgels or 1 tsp
- Full Spectrum Magnesium x 2 capsules
Before Bed:
- Early to bed (get 1-2 hours+ more sleep/night)
- Liquid Melatonin x 2 droppers
