Fun, Feel Good Exercise!
You can do this quick body weight exercise (hand walkouts) as a warm-up or
feel free to add it to your workout routine as part of your exercises.
It’s a great exercise to get your heart rate up and engage your core muscles
while lengthening and stretching your back and hamstrings. You’ll definitely
feel good after completing 8-10 reps of this one!
