A Complete Training Program must include:
1. Movement Preparation (general & specific warm-up)
2. Injury Prevention work
3. Strength Training
4. Core Training
5. Cardiovascular Training
6. Flexibility (combination of static, corrective, dynamic, active, and functional)
7. Rest, Recovery & Regeneration (nutrition, off days, supplements, etc.)
8. Periodization (change-up your programs every 4-6 weeks)
Does your workout include all of these elements?
If it doesn’t, you should go back and revise it to include all the necessary
pieces. It may take some time to find out how to customize your own
individual program, but in the end it will be worth it!
