Equilibrium Nutrition is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing team and company.

Launched in June, Equilibrium Nutrition now has over 500 active affiliates through organic growth only. The Affiliate Marketing manager would be responsible for creating a strategy to fully leverage the current affiliate network and grow the affiliate network in the future as well as execute all day-to-day management of the program.

 

Responsibilities Include:

Strategy:

  • Determine a plan to fully utilize and maximize the success of the current affiliate network, including an updated communication strategy, community forums etc.
  • Develop a multi-part email autoresponder series with important FAQ
  • Create a roadmap to continue to grow the affiliate network, including targeting industry influencers.
  • Work with affiliates to understand what they need to best market Equilibrium Nutrition and its products; i.e. educational webinars, product collateral, marketing assets etc.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliates
  • Send out 2-3 emails per week to keep affiliate updated on what new exciting promotions we may be running

Management:

  • Provide daily support for any affiliate related questions (via email, Facebook, and potentially other social media platforms)
  • Work with Marketing Director to launch marketing promotions through the affiliate network in accordance with set promotional calendar
  • Process conversions and payments in accordance with payout policy
  • Manage our affiliate platform, currently Refersion
  • Oversee Private Facebook affiliate group and allow in active affiliates and post content daily

Reporting:

  • Analyze affiliate campaigns
  • Report on findings to the director team
  • Make recommendations to improve ROI
  • Calculate top affiliates and bonuses
  • Review program growth based on pre-set KPIs and goals

Other:

  • Should have proven experience migrating affiliate platforms. As we grow we may want to utilize a new affiliate management platform
  • Familiar with social media platforms to be able to respond to questions and post updates as needed
  • Solid understanding of Facebook groups and email autoresponders
  • Ability to create SOPs and systems to streamline FAQs and daily tasks

  • A minimum of three years of experience in an affiliate marketing role
  • Strong team management and partnership management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective sales and communication skills
  • Driven and results-orientated
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical
  • A good understanding of tracking technology
  • Ability to work under specific deadlines
