New Exercise Video: Upper Body Workout Challenege
I have a brand new workout video for you today on how you can tone & tighten your
upper body at home or in the gym!
I’ve made it so that beginners can ease into it using alternate equipment and advanced
exercisers can really push themselves to the limit!
Here’s the challenge:
In the video I’ll show you how to use a cool piece of exercise equipment that really
seems to be catching on all across the world.
And, of course, I’ll explain how you can use alternative methods of completing the
movements if you don’t have one of these great little devices.
The piece of fitness equipment is called a TRX and you can easily set it up at home,
travel with it on the road, or use it at your local gym – your choice.
It’s one of the most lightweight, compact, and versatile fitness tools ever invented!
The challenge is to complete as many reps as possible (AMAP) with these 2 exercises:
Exercise #1: Inclined Push-Up
Exercise #2: Inverted Rows
* Complete them as alternate exercises (like a superset without rest in between) and
shoot for 10-20 repetitions for each exercise.

Also, here are some important tips to remember:
1. Match the same number of rows with your push-ups
2. Breathe out when exerting force against gravity
3. With each new workout aim to complete 1 or 2 more repetitions
4. Always maintain proper form and stop if you feel unstable
5. Don’t try to max out repetitions the first time you try this workout
