because I am actually exercising for less time than I was before. Why is this
method of working out better if I’m doing less work?”

Answer:
Great question and it’s one I get asked all the time. The nice thing about what I
call “metabolic resistance training” is that you are working out for less time, but
believe it or not, you’re actually doing MORE work.
Now how could you possibly be doing more work in less time when I only
recommend 3-6 exercises TOTAL per workout?
The reason is that I specifically design my workouts (and so should you) to target
EVERY muscle in your body per exercise routine. That means if you’re trying to
transform your body you should leave no muscle left unworked that day.
I accomplish this through my Lose5in7 Fatlossity Training System which
combines upper body, lower body, and rotational movements every workout in
order to tone and tighten every muscle in your body.
I also do these exercises as “interval-like” supersets or tri-sets which when
done correctly has been proven to boost your metabolism for up to 31 hours!
That means you really can get MORE RESULTS by doing less when done right.
Also, if you’re doing total body training exercises this is another example of
metabolic resistance training since we are systematically raising your metabolism
by forcing your body to do more work in less time.
