This is the 2nd week in your 4 week progression series where I show you how
to gradually increase the difficulty of 3 specific movements that help you
maximize fat loss when you’re exercising.
And remember, all of the exercises I show you can always be done at home or
in the gym – usually with just a pair of dumbbells and your own body weight.
Now let’s move on to how you can take your workouts up a notch to
maximize your fat loss potential…
Maximize Fat Loss Fast Details:
3 exercises is all you need (I believe in the tri-set and so should you if | ||
you want to workout less and get better results) |
Interval-based style to keep your heart rate up and burning body fat |
Work every muscle in your body for maximum calorie-burning effects |
… now here’s what you need to get started:
Week 2: (2-3 sets using a challenging weight)
Exercise #1: Dumbbell squat press x 15 repetitions
Exercise #2: Dumbbell split lunge with front leg raised x 15 repetitions each side
Exercise #3: Reverse crunches x 20 repetitions
