Today I’m back with a new video to show you one of my favorite full body fat loss exercises!
It’s really 3 moves in 1 exercise, and the great part about it is that they all compliment each other so there’s no need to break them up. This saves you a lot of time…
Plus, it falls in line with one of my favorite principles for getting clients results fast, which is to do more work in less time. Anytime you follow just that ONE principle you will be boosting your metabolic rate.
Full Body Fat Loss Exercise
So now let’s check out today’s full body fat loss exercise. It’s called a 1-Arm Kettlebell Clean, Squat, Press. (You can also complete this move with a dumbbell.)
I like to call an exercise what it is, and in this case you are doing a clean, then squatting, and finally pressing the weight over head.
Trust me, it’s a lot easier to do then it sounds. That’s why I shot a quick video for you to see how it’s done.

Crank Up the Intensity
Keep in mind this is not a true beginner exercise, but anyone that has been doing functional based resistance workouts for a few months should be able to do it as long as they always follow my advice and start out light.
After you master the form then the sky’s the limit and you can then add as much weight as you’d like to up the intensity and turn it into an advanced exercise in your program.
I also recommend completing 10 repetitions per side. (As you increase weight you may decrease the reps if you’d like.)
This is one intense fat burning exercise and I hope you “love to hate it” as much as my clients do!
