I got so many requests over the last month that I knew I needed to put together a
bodyweight bootcamp workout for you to try at home. Well, after filming this new fat
blasting bootcamp video with Sarah just a few weeks ago it is up and ready for you
Complete each exercise listed for 30 seconds and then immediately move into
the next exercise:
1. T-Twists x 30 seconds
2. Jump Throughs x 30 seconds (*Brand New*)
3. Prisoner Squats x 30 seconds
After you complete all 3 exercises in a row without resting take a break and rest for
60 – 90 seconds.
You can then repeat this exercise routine 1-2x for maximum results.
